NAD Registration (NAD: National Academic Depository)

(With Aadhaar and without Aadhaar)

NAD registration is required to generate unique NAD ID which will be used to access the digital Certificates uploaded on NAD portal. Registration using Aadhaar will issue NAD ID immediately. However, when one registers without Aadhaar, the NAD ID will be generated after verification registration details by the Educational Institution awarding the Degree. Acknowledgement receipt generated at time of registration, must be submitted at the Educational Institution awarding the Degree. NAD Registration is mandatory for all final year students. At the time of No Dues, NAD ID will be mandatory field in Alumni and bank detail form in Webkiosk. Print out of NAD registration page is required to be submitted with No Dues Form. No Dues Form will not be accepted without NAD registration page. For knowing details about NAD, visit official web site: https://nad.gov.in/ Steps for Registration
1.	Go to web page https://nad.ndml.in/
2.	Click on “REGISTER”
3.	If you want to register using Aadhaar , Click on “WITH AADHAR ” follow the instructions in the screen. This is a simple and quick process. Student can download his / her Aadhaar record from UIDAI and use the same to register on NAD. NAD ID is issued immediately. Ref: NAD - Aadhaar XML Based Registration.pdf
4.	If you want non-Aadhaar based registration, click on “WITHOUT AADHAR”. A new page appears for filling details for registration. Ref: Non-Aadhaar base registration process.pdf
5.	For non-aadhaar based registration , you must have the followings ready with you.
	a.	Scanned image of recent passport size photo or mobile photo JPG / JPEG / TIFF format between 4KB - 100 KB.
	b.	Scanned image of your signature (JPG / JPEG / TIFF format between 4KB - 100 KB).
	c.	Your name, Father's name, mother's name (mist be same as in university record)
	d.	C ommunication address with pin code , (if you want to give address outside India, select “Residing outside India” just before entering address.
	e.	In the section Academic Institution detail
		(i)	Academic Institution type: select “ University ” from drop down menu.
		(ii)	State: select “ Madhya Pradesh ” from drop down menu.
		(iii)	Name of Academic Institution: select “ Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna” from the drop down menu.
		(iv)	Program/Course name: Type“ B.TECH/ M.TECH/DIPLOMA/ B.SC /M.SC /PHD /….. ” any one as the case may be.
		(v)	Year of joining: “Year of Admission”
		(vi)	Unique Ref No: “Enrollment No.”
		(vii)	College/School name: Type “ Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna ” .
	f.	Create log in details ( username and password )
	g.	After registration send email to exam.cell@juet.ac.in with following detail for verification.
		(i)	Acknowledgement number and Acknowledgement copy in pdf format as attachment
		(ii)	Enrollment No.
		(iii)	Student Name
		(iv)	Father's Name
		(v)	Mother's Name
		(vi)	Year of Admission
		(vii)	Date of Birth
		(viii)	Recent Mobile No (used in NAD Registration)

Degree Certificate linking with NAD login

After Registration in NAD send email to exam.cell@juet.ac.in with following detail for linking Degree Certificate with NAD Login.

a.	NAD ID and copy of student registration Detail page in pdf format as attachment
b.	Enrollment No.
c.	Course Name
d.	Branch Name
e.	Student Name
f.	Father's Name
g.	Mother's Name
h.	Passing Year
i.	Date of Birth
j.	Recent Mobile No (used in NAD Registration)
